Miss Kelli is excited to join FDC's leadership team for its 21st year as the Operations Manager. She has 15 years of diverse experience in operations, human resources, administration, and customer service. In previous roles, she has consistently driven success through innovative strategies and strong partnerships. She has a passion for fostering positive cultures and is committed to enhancing workforce productivity. She has a passion for supporting youth initiatives. Outside of the studio, she enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones. Kelli is excited to take operations to new heights!
